Gerhard Fasol on Yahoo Japan and Microsoft

Yahoo Japan is in fact separate from Yahoo Inc. to the point that even their respective messengers don’t play nice with each other. With Yahoo Japan being the leading search engine in Japan at a 3-1 ratio to Google (and with a higher profit ratio than Yahoo Inc.) we could be looking at some interesting scenarios as the bid moves forward.
